Your complete satisfaction is our goal. The following are helpful suggestions to ensure that you enjoy your visit.
CHANGING YOUR STYLISTS
Please feel free to change stylists within the salon at your convenience. Stylists availability is everchanging due to vacations, schedule changes, sickness, and/or family emergencies. At LevelSpaSalon, we want you to feel comfortable and confident seeing any of our team.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the services you received, please contact us within a two week period so that we can accommodate all of your needs. Our guest satisfaction is our priority.
We appreciate 24 hour notice for canceling appointments so that our stylist will have the ability to accommodate another guest.
Any service requiring a deposit must be rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment time to maintain your balance.
Tipping your stylists is absolutely up to your personal discretion. Levelspasalon encourages cash tips.
If more than your stylist(s) have attended to you, please do not feel obligated to take care of all persons individually.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your product choices, so we will return/exchange hair products for up to 30 days from your original purchase date.

LevelSpaSalon requests that you remove your top garment before receiving your service. LevelSpaSalon IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage to your clothing caused by services done. This also allows access to the neck and shoulders for an accurate haircut.
